Fern fossils date back over 100 million years, yet ferns are still important features of our current plant life. Using the ferns grown in the Walled Garden, botanist Barry Meatyard will lead an exploration, under the microscope, of the structure and life cycles of these fascinating plants; including some of the secrets of their reproduction.
